The hotel's decoration is so charming and elegant, with beautiful Thai touches everywhere. The general areas are well-maintained and perfect for senior people to relax and enjoy. The hotel's accessibility is excellent, with ramps and handrails in place to assist us with mobility.
I wish the children working there could be a little more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel by the river in this city. The hotel had a great location - near everything, close to the center, and only a short walk to many restaurants. The facilities were modern and clean, including the room and the riverside pool. I enjoyed the convenience of the local taxis for transportation, and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Plus, the hotel offered various day trips that picked up right at the hotel.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is conveniently situated close to the iconic River Kwai bridge and a short distance to the bustling city centre. The view of the river from the rooms is breathtaking with lovely furnished interiors. The breakfast is nice as well.
The communication with the staff could be better.

As someone who wants to be in direct touch with nature, I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel nestled along a serene river. The location was perfect, just across the river from the bustling city area, offering a peaceful atmosphere. the hotel was conveniently located right next to the amazing Blue Rice restaurant, providing easy access to delicious meals.
The service at the hotel was friendly and accommodating, although there was a language barrier with the staff. However, this minor inconvenience was overshadowed by the welcoming atmosphere and helpfulness of the team.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and nice, with a comfy balcony. The location on the river banks was beautiful and peaceful. The staff was extremely helpful and even surprised me by cleaning my motorbike without me asking.
Food for breakfast could be better, but it's not a big deal.

The hotel is situated close to the river and offers great views. The swimming pool is marvelous and a fantastic spot to relax in. The breakfast is cooked to perfection and the complimentary pushbikes are a bonus. The nice and friendly staff were helpful and made our stay enjoyable.
The hotel's maintenance is poor, with tiles in the pool and wood by the pool breaking. The noise from the floating disco opposite the hotel is unbearable, making it difficult to enjoy the great views from the balcony. The language barrier was an issue when requiring further information about tours/trips. a comfortable stay with beautiful views and great amenities.

The hotel room had a nice balcony with great views of the river. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was polite and accommodating. The breakfast was decent enough to start the day. the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to the local shops and restaurants.
The lack of an elevator made it difficult to access the upper floors. The balcony was not covered, so when it rained, water splattered on the window.

The views of the river were stunning and the location was peaceful. , the free bikes provided by the hotel were a great bonus for exploring the area.
The lack of an elevator and the hard beds were major inconveniences. the language barrier with the staff made communication difficult.
